Adolfo Trinidad Ortiz, MSN, FNP-C, is an ANCC-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with broad experience across urgent care, primary care, correctional health, and military medicine.
He earned his Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Simmons University and has a strong clinical foundation built through years of RN practice in critical care and acute care settings.
Across his roles, Adolfo has assessed, diagnosed, and managed a wide range of acute and chronic conditions; performed well-child and well-woman visits; ordered and interpreted diagnostic testing; prescribed medications; and delivered patient-centered education and follow-up.
He is licensed as an FNP in Arizona and California and maintains BLS certifications.

Kendra A. Avant-Ortiz is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner and family nurse practitioner who specializes in mental illness conditions in both pediatric and adult populations. She earned her bachelor’s degree at Christopher Newport University in Newport News, Virginia. She completed her master’s degree in nursing, along with a post-master’s certification as a family nurse practitioner, from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida. She then pursued and completed a post-master’s certification as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. Currently, she is pursuing her Doctorate in Nursing Practice.
Kendra has been practicing as a nurse practitioner for nearly 21 years and has worked in various mental health settings, including inpatient facilities, correctional facilities, and outpatient clinics. She has managed patients with ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression, OCD, PTSD, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and more.
Kendra is passionate about her profession and takes great joy in helping others. Kendra offers thoughtful, individualized psychiatric care that is tailored to meet your individual emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual needs. She understands that healing happens when we feel seen, heard, and understood. Kendra believes in empowering her clients to own their healthcare and partners with them to achieve the best health outcomes. Kendra believes the key to a therapeutic relationship resides in trust, open communication, a good laugh, and occasionally a hug when needed.
In her free time, she enjoys many different things. She enjoys spending time at the beach, fishing, hiking, taking long walks, listening to music, and visiting theme parks with her family. She enjoys being a free spirit.
